Hi! I'm Racquel.
I've actually done this.
I spent decades in corporate — running marketing divisions across industries, sectors and countries. And then I left.
Not because it was easy. I've started businesses, pivoted, burned out, rebuilt and started again. I've been through the chaos of tech tools that don't fit together, the frustration of advice that wasn't built for how my brain works, and the isolation of a path that the people closest to me couldn't fully understand.
That's why I built Navitential. Not from theory. From lived experience of actually doing it — and figuring out what works for women who think differently.
