What is the Business Brain Blueprint?
The Business Brain Blueprint is three live workshops where solopreneurs build their own AI assistant that knows their business. You brief it once on who you are, how you work and what you sell, then teach it to plan your content and map your offers. It runs in tools you already use, like Claude and Notion.
It's not an AI problem. It's a briefing problem.
You've probably already tried AI for your business. A prompt here, a half-finished chat there. And it comes back generic. Off-voice. Not quite you.
That's because nobody has told it who you are, how you work or what you're building. So every time you open a new chat, you start from scratch and explain yourself all over again.
You don't need another tool. You need an AI that's been briefed properly, once, and remembers.

THE BUSINESS BRAIN BLUEPRINT
What you'll build, level by level
Pre-work: Human Heart. Before Level 1, a guided prompt walks you through your Working With Me Conditions: your values, your voice and how you actually work. It's the part most people skip, and it's why their AI never sounds like them.
Before each session, a guided pre-work prompt does the building with you. In the live 90-minute session, Racquel troubleshoots your version and shows you what it can now do. Demoed live in Claude; the method works with whichever AI tool you use. Questions after the session go to Marketing Mondays or by email.
By the end of Level 3, your Business Brain, Content Engine and Products & Funnels work together. That's your AI agent, built by you.

Guided by Racquel, you'll build your Business Brain, incorporating:

Intermediate
Turn scattered ideas into content that doesn't depend on you remembering to sit down and write.
Content Engine
Guided by Racquel, and assisted by your AI assistant, you'll build your Content Engine, including:
Identifying 3-5 repeatable content pillars
Conducting keyword research
Building an AI-assisted workflow that doesn't depend on you remembering to sit down and write.

A repeatable AI-powered Content Workflow
PREREQUISITES:
In order to get the most out of this workshop, you will need to have given some thought to your areas of expertise / topics you'd like to cover.

Advanced
Map what you sell, in what order, and design the funnel that sells it.
Products & Funnels
Guided by Racquel, with your AI assistant helping along the way, you'll design your primary Sales & Marketing Funnel, including:
Mapping what you actually sell
Filling in the gaps to aid conversions
Designing a funnel that sells
What you'll walk away with:
A documented Product Pathway
Your primary Sales & Marketing Funnel design, ready to build in your own platform
PREREQUISITES:
In order to get the most out of this workshop, you will need to have an existing or proposed product range / pathway as a starting point.

Hi, I'm Racquel Collard, founder of Navitential.ai, marketing veteran, corporate escapee, speaker, business coach, and author of the award-winning book Marketing Launchpad.
True confession: I love designing business and marketing systems, and I hate running them afterwards.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be techy?
No. If you can hold a conversation with a chatbot, you're ready. There's no code and nothing to install.
What if I can't make it live?
The workshops are live because you build during them. If you can't make the dates, book a call and we'll talk about other options, such as having it done with you.
Do I need special software?
A computer with a web browser, a free AI account (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) and a free Notion account. You don't need a paid AI plan at any level.
What time zone are the workshops in?
All online sessions run 11:30am to 1pm Sydney time (AEDT in November and February). That's 8:30am to 10am in Perth (AWST) and 1:30pm to 3pm in Auckland (NZDT). In-person workshops are in local time.
Do I need to have my camera on?
No. Attend in your pyjamas if you like. Ask questions in the chat or unmute in the Q&A if you want to. Nothing's required.
Can I do Level 2 or Level 3 on their own?
Only after Level 1, because each level builds on the one before. Most people book all three.
I bought Level 1. Can I do the rest later?
Yes. Upgrade to the full bundle by paying the difference.
I'm a Navitential client. Is this included?
